Marthas Modes Flying the Flag from Fascinators 4 Weddings. Drawing inspiration from the fedoras of the 1940s, this burgundy felt \'topper\' has been trimmed with chartreuse raw silk in the loose style of the union jack flag. Lush green parrot feathers give the finishing touch - although, please note, no parrots were harmed in the making of this hat! The hat is held securely with the silk backband, which is meant to be worn over the ears, in the manner of our lovely model, Victoria.
