Fraser Annand Millinery Eleni Straw Boater from Fascinators 4 Weddings. Eleni is a visca straw perching boater trimmed with handmade dark burgundy silk roses and black silk leaves, a burgundy ribbon and black veiling. 100% silk flowers and leaves. Attaches with hat elastic - please note this is a perching boater with a shallow crown, so elastic or a hat pin are essential. Please also note that visca straw can lose its shape in humid weather and in the rain. Please take care to make sure this hat is covered in wet weather.
